Ameren Illinois Reports Limited Outages

Ameren Illinois’ Stacey Shangraw said Sunday afternoon that limited power outages in the Peoria metro area were still being reported.

As of 2 p.m. Sunday, Ameren had over 5,500 customers without power in Illinois.

At last report, there were just under 1,400 Ameren Illinois customers in Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford Counties without power. A majority of those were in Woodford County, with 1,298 customers in the dark.

Shangraw said additional outages were reported in Washburn and Roanoke.
